Honey and Cinnamon


        A daily mixture of honey and cinnamon powder can strengthen the immune system and protect the body from many bacteria and viruses.  Honey is a natural antibiotic that contains various vitamins and iron in large amounts.  Cinnamon increases insulin in the body, assists in breaking down glucose and improves blood sugar concentrations. 

        This treatment can relieve arthritis, nausea, flatulence and diarrhea.  It can reduce blood sugar, cholesterol and triglycerides, unclog arteries, improve circulation, relieve toothaches, cure coughs and colds, clear the sinuses and strengthen the immune system.


        Mix 2 tablespoons of honey with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a glass of warm water.  Drink 2 times a day.
